Changing Course

As you can see there have been some massive changes done to the blog. For starters it is no longer titled “In Over My Head” and it is no longer a blog solely devoted to me getting out of debt. Here’s the reason why, I just couldn’t think of very much to write about! Yes, I’m still in debt but I have made some significant strides in reducing it and have a solid plan to eliminate my debt in the near future. Since starting the blog I have paid off over $20,000.00 in debt which is over half of what I owed to credit card companies and such. I plan to stay the course and update when something significant happens.

However, it was the in between significant events that I’ve struggled to write about and when you are saving to pay off debt there is a lot of in between time hence the change to the site. I’ve always been fascinated by travel and love to go as much as I possibly can. Paying off significant amounts of debt have allowed me to save up some money and start up my own little travel business. I’ve hooked up with one of the world’s fastest growing travel companies and have launched a site that allows you to book air, hotel, auto rental, cruises and even rentals and complete vacation packages at prices that match and often beat the most popular travel sites.

Just imagine the savings on four and five star hotels! Another thing you won’t find on my site is a membership requirement. That means no forgetting passwords or a lengthy registration process.
